Living Green Roof for a Petrol Station with a Difference

An existing oak tree (over 100-years-old) has been incorporated into the design.
The Completed Project has and EPC rating of Grade B with a 26% Carbon saving over that of a standard commerical Building. This was achieved using a sedum roof, which helps to retain heat efficiently, castellated structural steel and structural profile roof decking, with a thermowood cladding exterior.
Rainwater harvesting has also been incoroporated in the Site.
