This small housing project for 16 dwellings was constructed as the third phase of an existing development in Moira. The Client wanted something very different to earlier phases with a mix of interesting house types which would result in more of a "street". As part of the recent design guides on "Creating Places" a green planted area was also introduced making this development unique beside the earlier phases.
