This large detached dwelling in Belfast was in need of major refurbishment.

This large detached dwelling in Belfast was in need of major refurbishment. Existing extensions were also in need of major repair and it was decided to replace these. The photographs show the development of the project over the construction period and now includes a sun deck linking the two replacement extensions to the rear, enabling easy access around the rear of the dwelling.
