Conditional Reports and Feasibility Studies can be undertaken in conjunction with Quantity Surveyors, Structural and Service Engineers. A Design Package can be tailor-made to suit the specific needs of the Client.
David Anderson has had experience of reporting on Building Defects, Energy, Conservation, Fire Prevention and Planning Appeals. Our experience over the years has been with the Private Sector as well as that of the local Housing Association and the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.
The Principal also has had more recent experience of carrying out the role of Planning Supervisor Coordinator under the CDM Regulations, as well as Access Audits, enabling compliance with Disability Legislation.
The Practice is accredited with Investor In People and registered with Constructionline.
