Call Centre, Armagh
A flexible new building for a growing call centre business.

This is a 45,000 sq .ft. building housing around 400 operators and includes on site facilities such as canteen and rest areas for staff. The project was approved and built on site within a 12 month period and includes over 240 car parking spaces on one of the first Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS) built in N. Ireland, with assistance from Tobermore. The steel frame structure design was left partially open in places to enable easier infill extension areas for the future expansion of floor space.
