Period residence updated to office accomodation.

This office in Portadown is a Listed building and was found to have dry rot at the rear of the building. An ill suited rear extension was replaced to double the size of the accommodation and bring it up to "modern" standards. The front door and windows were also replaced to match those of the original design and the original stair case refurbished, along with other internal plaster and dado features.
